Our pricing is based on two factors: what tools you actually need and the size of your setting.
Why pay for a software plan if you don’t need half of the features? Each of our modules is fully functional but built right into our larger eyworks platform. Don’t need a tool to manage finances but want to do observations and track enquiries? We’ve got you covered.
With most traditional nursery software, it’s all or nothing. You pay for tools you’ll never use, get locked into a long contract, and swap your entire system in one go.
eyworks works differently. Unlike the traditional all-in-one approach, you don’t have to pay for the whole suite of tools to access the ones you need.

Most nursery software pricing is rigid, it stays the same no matter how much data you’re going to store. If you want to use the platform, you pay the same price as a nursery triple the size of yours.
We truly mean it when we say our software grows with you. If you’re a smaller setting with fewer children to manage on the platform, you pay for a lower plan than a group who have a multitude of children.

eymanage and eylog monthly pricing
The price of our eylog and eymanage modules is based on how many children are on roll at your nursery. This way, smaller nurseries don’t have to pay as much as larger groups, but still get the full functionality of each software module.
If you’re lucky enough to have a setting with more than 200 children, you can add top-ups to your plan at 50 children at a time.
eyenquiries and eyengage monthly pricing
eyenquiries and eyengage remain the same monthly cost no matter how many children you have on roll.
eypeople monthly pricing
Where our pricing philosophy is particularly noticeable is with our HR software, eypeople. Where average HR software will charge upwards of £3 per employee, eypeople is one monthly cost for up to 40 employees, and just £6 per 20-employee top-up after that. Meaning that you pay as little as 30p per employee.
eyrecruit monthly pricing
eyrecruit is our applicant tracking system built specifically for the early years sector. As it doesn’t store any child data, its pricing is based on the number of jobs you have open for hire at the same time (so you can have as many as you like in drafts!)
We’ve built eyrecruit to be priced as reasonably as possible. We know that generic applicant tracking systems are priced at a level that most nurseries can’t afford. And in the midst of a recruitment crisis, we want a solution that nurseries can use without worrying about their thin margins.
Annual pricing
Alongside our standard pricing philosophy (keeping our pricing smart by using a modular structure and pricing based on child counts), our annual pricing offers an 8.3% discount. By purchasing an annual plan, you effectively get a month free of eyworks.

eypeople annual pricing
eypeople’s annual plan follows the same structure as our monthly plan. You pay one cost for up to 40 employees and then add 20-employee top-ups as needed, keeping the cost as low as £3.30 per employee annually.

The annual price for eyrecruit is based on the number of jobs you have open for hire at the same time.
