eyworks takes a modular approach to our product architecture. This simply means you get the flexibility to adapt individual software modules (such as invoices, HR, observations, and recruitment) separately. It also means you don’t pay for what you need.

- Not forced to compromise: If you have a finance system you trust or an observation software that works for you, we don't force you to change. a "rip-and-replace" disruption on your staff just to access the tools you actually need.
- Paying for tools you don’t need: We believe that you shouldn't have to pay for features you aren't ready to use. Unlike the traditional all-in-one approach, you don’t have to pay for the whole suite of tools to access the ones you need.
