Previously, features like observations, Daily Diaries, and reports were spread throughout the app. The new Timeline consolidates all updates about a child’s day into a single, streamlined view, allowing for a comprehensive overview at a glance.
New Communication Tools:
The old messaging system has been replaced with messages and conversations:
Messages: Designed for official announcements and newsletters, theses are messages that parents can access within the app’s Communication section.
Conversations: Direct, two-way messaging between parents and nursery staff, supporting both individual and group communications.
Enhanced Security:
We’ve added a new OTP (One-Time Password) verification system to strengthen security in the eyparent app. Now, when logging in, a one-time password will be sent to the account’s registered email to verify identity before completing the login process. This extra layer of protection ensures that only authorised users can access the account, keeping children’s information safe.
